Our Radome Services

Manufacture of the Duradome™ and repairs and rebuilds of all types of radomes are undertaken by our experienced Radome Department. We use the latest pre-preg repair techniques whenever possible, eliminating the build-up of the radar depleting resin of wet lay-ups.

The cured pre-preg technique also creates a more uniform bond making for a long lasting repair. Radomes are tested for transmissivity in our custom designed state-of-the-art anechoically insulated test range. The range meets RTCA Document DO-213 and ARTCA-4 requirements and allows multiple waveband and side-lobe testing. Elastic capacity allows us to keep turn-times short, whatever the workload.
